Despite some fairly poor attempts at obfuscating the truth, I should own up to being Stuart, known in the spod world as Narenek (a corrupted Babylon 5 reference). I was born in Bristol, but moved to London when I was about five.

I stayed in London for most of the next 17 years, including 4 years studying at Imperial College, before moving into the real world.

OK, so this particular part of the "Real world" involved working for Oxford University for two years before moving to the slightly less archaic Oxford University Press.

Outside of work, my interests range somewhat bizarrely, and include dancing (modern jive), role playing, geeking, singing and a variety of other stuff.
